Return Policy

Refunds or Exchanges are ONLY available on standard stock items and when a written request for refund has been received within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If for any reason there is a concern with your received order, please contact us immediately. Failure to do so within 7 days will result in your claim not being recognised.

Products are to be in original and UNDAMAGED packaging.

We do not give refunds or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used or altered – NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Products where packaging is damaged (eg. ripped open)
  • Freight Charges
  • Return Freight Charges
  • Special Ordered Items
  • Product Items that are not sent back in full (pieces missing)
  • Product Items that a request for Refund/Exchange has not been received within 7 days of delivery
  • Product Items not returned within 7 days from date of Return/Exchange confirmation

There is a minimum restocking fee of 15%

It is at the customers expense to freight the goods back to us.

If an order has been paid for but is cancelled prior to it being despatched Fence Warehouse will;

  • where the goods HAVE NOT been picked and packed for delivery make a full refund less any finance charges that we have incurred
  • where the goods HAVE BEEN picked and packed for delivery, refund the invoice amount less a restocking fee of 15% and any finance charges that we have incurred
